We care for Furrly dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, and fish.
We do not service snakes or Farm animals.

100% refund will be issued up to 3 days before the start of the booking.

50% refund will be issued up to 24 hours before the start of the booking.

No refund will be issued to same day cancellations.

All refunds will be processed and refunded within 3-5 business days.

All invoices must be paid in full within 72 hours of the date of the invoice to hold a reservation.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

For all services that total $1000 or more can be paid 50% up front to hold the booking. The additional due balance is due the 1st day at the start of the booking.
