We care for Furrly dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, and fish.
We do not service snakes or Farm animals.

100% refund will be issued up to 24 hours before the start of the booking.

50% refund will be issued for same day cancellations of Day 1 of the start of the booking..

All refunds will be processed and refunded within 3-5 business days.

All invoices must be paid in full within 72 hours of the date of the invoice to hold a reservation.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
-
For all services that total $1000 or more can be paid 50% up front to hold the booking. The additional due balance is due the 1st day at the start of the booking.
