We care for Furrly dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, and fish.
We do not service snakes or Farm animals. 

REFUNDS

  • Walk / Overnight Care - 100% refund will be issued up to 24 hours before the start of the booking.

  • Walk / Overnight Care - 50% refund will be issued for same day cancellations of Day 1 of the start of the booking.

  • Monthly and Weekly Recurring bookings – No charges will be billed on future recurring charges on cancellation notices up to 14 days before the 1st day of the next month. 

  • Monthly and Weekly Recurring bookings – A 50% penalty of the total monthly charges will be billed on all recurring bookings on cancellation notices under 14 days to the last day of the month before the new monthly cycle. 

  • All refunds will be processed and refunded within 3-5 business days.

  • All invoices must be paid in full within 72 hours of the date of the invoice to hold a reservation. 

  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 

  • For all services that total $1000 or more can be paid 50% up front to hold the booking. The additional due balance is due the 1st day at the start of the booking.
