Yes, we are bonded and insured with Pet Care Business Insurance.
2. Do you have an emergency go to vet?
Yes, we use Echo Park Veterinary Hospital at 1739 Glendale Blvd, Echo Park, CA, 90026
3. Do you care for special needs pets? (Senior, Sick, or Disabilities)
Yes, we care for all pets, especially special needs ones.
4. Do you have references or reviews?
Yes, we have references from previous clients and published reviews on our websites, Yelp, Facebook, and Google.
5. Do you work with security cameras inside and outside the home?
Yes, we understand trust and safety is priority for our customers. Cameras are acceptable in appropriate areas as long as it is not excessive.
6. How do we know you showed up and the visit was actually completed?
We send check-in updates upon arrival with pics and/or videos for every visit on every booking.
7. What if I come back early during a booking, do I get a refund?
There is no refund once the booking has started. However, we understand life happens. Please contact us for cancellations.
8. Do you administer medications?
Yes, we have over 10+ years experience with sick and special needs animals from past bookings, as well as volunteer work for animal shelters as the Kitty Bungalow, A Charm School for Wayward Cats and the ASPCA. We administer oral medications and injection based medications as insulin.
